1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using ArakYet in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, free users, and paying subscribers.
2. Description of Services
ArakYet is an AI-powered B2B lead qualification and research platform designed to help sales and go-to-market (GTM) teams identify, enrich, and qualify prospects. Our Services include:
AI Lead Research — automated identification and analysis of high-intent prospects.
Account-Based Research — deep firmographic and intent data on target accounts.
Intent-Based Qualification — real-time buying signals and in-market lead scoring.
Chrome Extension — a browser tool to save costs on Sales Navigator and enrich leads.
API Access — integrations with third-party CRM and sales tools (available on Pro and Team plans).
Dashboard & Analytics — reporting and data visualization for your pipeline.
3. Eligibility
To use ArakYet, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age.
Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
Not be prohibited from using the Services under applicable law.
Use the Services for lawful business purposes only.
If you are using ArakYet on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
4. Account Registration
4.1 Account Creation
To access most features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.
4.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify ArakYet immediately at contact@arakyet.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
4.3 Account Termination
ArakYet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in any activity that may harm ArakYet or other users.
5. Subscription Plans and Billing
5.1 Plans
ArakYet offers the following subscription tiers:
Free Plan — 100 credits included; access to Firmographics Enrichment, Web Research, and Chrome Extension.
Pro Plan — $59/month; 3,000 credits, all Free features, plus API Connections.
Team Plan — $99/month; 6,500 credits, all Pro features, plus 24/7 priority support.
5.2 Credits
ArakYet uses a unified credit system where 1 credit is deducted per feature use, regardless of the feature type. Credits do not roll over between billing cycles unless otherwise specified. Unused credits at the end of a billing period are forfeited.
5.3 Billing
All paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to applicable taxes. By subscribing, you authorize ArakYet (or its payment processor) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
5.4 Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. ArakYet does not provide refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law. We reserve the right to offer refunds on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
5.5 Price Changes
ArakYet reserves the right to change pricing at any time with at least 30 days' advance notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Services after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use ArakYet only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must NOT:
Use the Services to collect, process, or store data in violation of applicable privacy laws (including GDPR, CCPA, or similar regulations).
Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform beyond normal usage.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or derive source code from ArakYet.
Use the Services to send unsolicited commercial communications (spam) in violation of applicable law.
Misrepresent your identity, organization, or affiliation.
Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or any harmful code.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute ArakYet's Services or data without written consent.
Use the platform for any illegal, deceptive, or fraudulent activity.
7. Data and Privacy
7.1 Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you upload or input into ArakYet ("User Data"). By using ArakYet, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process your User Data solely to provide and improve the Services

7.2 Our Data Sources
ArakYet enriches leads using real-time, publicly available, and licensed third-party data sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of enriched data and recommend independent verification for critical business decisions.
7.3 Privacy Policy
Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at arakyet.com/privacy. By using the Services, you consent to data practices described therein.
7.4 Data Security
ArakYet employs enterprise-grade security practices to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure. ArakYet is not liable for any unauthorized access, data breaches, or losses beyond our reasonable control.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 ArakYet's IP
All content, technology, software, AI models, branding, trademarks, and intellectual property related to ArakYet are the exclusive property of ArakYet and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of ArakYet's IP.
8.2 License to Use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, ArakYet grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes.
8.3 Feedback
If you provide ArakYet with feedback, ideas, or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate such feedback into our Services without any obligation to you.
9. API and Third-Party Integrations
API access is available on Pro and Team plans. By using the ArakYet API, you agree to comply with our API usage guidelines, rate limits, and any documentation provided. ArakYet is not responsible for issues arising from third-party integrations, including data loss, errors, or service interruptions caused by external platforms.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
ArakYet does not warrant that:
The Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Any data or information obtained through the Services will be accurate, complete, or reliable.
AI-generated insights will be free from errors, hallucinations, or misclassifications.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ARAKYET AND ITS FOUNDERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, REVENUE, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL ARAKYET'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ArakYet and its officers, founders, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable laws; or (d) your infringement of any third-party rights.
13. Modifications to Services and Terms
ArakYet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time with or without notice. We also reserve the right to update these Terms periodically. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration or the jurisdiction of competent courts, as mutually agreed upon.
15. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement governed by these Terms at any time. Upon termination:
Your access to the Services will cease immediately.
Any outstanding fees remain payable.
Provisions that, by their nature, should survive termination (including ownership, indemnification, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will remain in effect.
